Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty

Our products carry a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

Made-to-order products

Signs made with your own number, text, motif or artwork, and products made to a custom size, are made specially for you. Please check your design carefully: once we have cut it we cannot take it back for a change of mind. We check every design before cutting and will contact you if something looks wrong.

Faulty or damaged items

• If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• We will repair, replace or refund it once we have checked the item.
• The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, incorrect installation by others, or wear such as scratches through the coating.

Standard products

Standard catalogue products ordered online without changes may be returned unused and undamaged within 7 days of delivery (the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act cooling-off period). Return delivery costs are for the customer unless the item is faulty.
