• request a quote, send us a design or files, or book an installation;
• look up an order with the order tracker;
• contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or the contact form.

This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery or installation address, order details and the artwork or photos you upload. Payments are processed securely by PayFast: we do not collect or store your card details.

A photo of your wall used in the Sign Studio stays on your own device. It is not uploaded to us unless you choose to send it with a quote.

3. How we use your information

• To process and fulfil your orders, quotes and installation requests.
• To calculate delivery or installation distance and pricing.
• To communicate with you about your order or enquiry.
• To improve our website and services.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted services to run our business, which may process your information on our behalf: PayFast (payments), our order and enquiry management tools, Google Maps (directions and installation distance) and TikTok (only when you press play on one of our videos). Each provider has its own privacy practices.

The website uses cookies and similar local storage to keep your cart, remember choices such as night mode, and support core functions.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Files sent with quotes are stored in a protected folder that is not publicly reachable.
